Residential and business customers owning or operating a qualified renewable generation system which

• Is powered by renewable energy resources (wind, solar, etc.)
• Has a generation capacity less than or equal to 25 kW for residential customers
• Has a generation capacity less than or equal to 100 kW for business customers
