Energy Optimizer

Who is eligible?

To enroll in the Energy Optimizer program, you must:

• Be a KCP&L Missouri customer
• Have a working central air conditioner or heat pump
• Live in a single-family home or townhome
• Be the homeowner or have the homeowner's permission
• Be able to receive the paging signal at your location

Businesses are also encouraged to join.  To see if you heating and cooling equipment qualifies, please call the Energy Optimizer Hotline at (866) 882-4429.  Ask us about special promotional materials available to participating businesses.
