Payment Locations
Pay your bill in person at approximately 60 locations throughout the KCP&L service territories. Just bring your monthly bill to any of the locations shown below. Look for the KCP&L sign at the front counter or customer service window. Some Missouri locations may charge a modest fee for processing your payment - never more than $1.
If you would like account information or need to make special payment arrangements, call (816) 471-KCPL (5275), Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., except holidays. If you have questions about your account, you can view your account information by registering for AccountLink or e-mail a Customer Services Representative.
