Control how much and when you pay your month-to-month bill by paying online:

  • with Visa or MasterCard
  • with your debit card
  • through your bank account
You'll not only save time and postage, you'll eliminate the possibility of checks getting lost, or taking too much time in the mail.  

Online bank payments made before 2:30 p.m. are posted that day, others are posted the next working day. Credit and debit card payments may take up to two business days to post to your account. Paying online is fast and can help you avoid late payment charges.

The services may not be used by the following persons or entities (each a “Prohibited User”) (a) aggregators, submitting multiple payments on behalf of multiple customers; (b) on-line bill payment providers or processors, submitting payments first authorized by a consumer through an internet accessible, on-line bill payment website; or (c) any person submitting a payment through any automated data entry process such as “screen scraping”, “data scraping”, “web scraping” or any other automated or “batch processing” entry of data that does not require action by a human end user to complete a payment authorization, unless specifically authorized by KCP&L.
