Browser Compatibility

KCP&L recognizes that our visitors have a variety of operating systems and Internet browsers. Although we wish for every visitor to have the best possible viewing experience on our Web site, we realize it is impossible to provide pages that work identically with all browsers.

The site is designed to display best when viewed in 800 x 600 screen resolution and a minimum of 256 colors.

We have designed our web pages and applications to work best using versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher and Netscape 6 or higher. We design, develop and test features and applications to work properly, however some may not display or perform their best with less common browsers. For consistent presentation and maximum privacy, your browser must support JavaScript, Cookies (to assist with online registration of AccountLink) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

If you find incompatibilities affecting the usability of the site, or encounter new problems with newer browser versions, please let us know. We will address the problem.
