Process

This training, involving the entire local economic development board, would include one-on-one consultation, if needed, with board president/chair and staff. It is envisioned that this training could be conducted in a single two- to three-hour session.

The process could begin with an informational/background teleconference among economic development staff and partners to gain better understanding of the current and historic situation with the board and community. This teleconference could also be used to finalize/customize the agenda and schedule a date for the training session. At this point it is not envisioned that the session will require any follow-up documentation.
