Our Business Center staff is available weekdays, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., to assist you with questions or concerns you have about your account status, service problems, etc.





Customers with speech and hearing impairments may use TDD/TTY equipment to call us. Simply:

  1. Dial 7-1-1 to be routed to your state's TDD/TTY relay operator. If 7-1-1 does not work in your area, Missouri customers may dial 800-735-2966; Kansas customers may dial 800-766-3777.
